How to calculate the surface? The price of the Jamendo PRO license varies according to the surface of the location where you want to play music. Only the "commercial surface" is taken into account, i.e. the surface that receives customers and where the music is effectively being played. For example, for a restaurant we will take into account only the room where dishes are served and not the kitchen.
What device do I need? If you're not using one of our storage devices, your computer has to be connected to your hi-fi equipment.
Are there shipping costs? Shipping costs of our different multimedia devices are paid for by the client and will vary according to the weight of the device and the client's location.
Why purchase a license? So as to be in order towards the artist by paying for the exploitation rights of his/her work and to be able to show your Jamendo license to collective rights societies in case of control. Jamendo PRO is in charge of collecting and redistributing 50% of the incomes to the artists in proportion to the licenses sold.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract? No, you're only signing fot the duration you have selected (per quarter, semester, year(s)). At the end of this period, we will inform you that your license has come to an end and we will propose you to extend it.
How can I pay for my order? You can pay for your order either by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal or bank transfer.
Is the payment secured? At Jamendo, the payment security and the confidentiality of your data are essential. We do not store any information regarding your credit cards. You credit card number will not be communicated to us at any time.
Every credit card payment will be made through the secured pages (SSL) of an external service.
Your data will be encrypted before it is communicated straight to the bank.
